HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! 
The makings of a great water ballon fight. Fun had by all!
Now its time for cake. Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?
Jessica and Jacob are a year older now. Hard to believe it!
Make a wish!
Jessica says to "make sure to use a fork or a spoon everyone. NO HANDS!"
Now we return outside to play! Everybody JUMP JUMP!

Now lets spar!
Now West's now jump like crazy. Maybe they are trying to spar as well.

It is that time again. Another Taekwondo graduation.
This time Jessica and Jacob will trade their green belts for Purple belts.
This is Ms. Aiken and Mr. Barrett sitting at the Judge's table.
Here is the group that was in our group for this evening.
Jessica stands at the ready.
Jacob is good to go.
They start the warm ups.
And they do push ups.
And some kicks.
Now they wait their turn to show off their form and self-defense and weapons.
It is now the master clubs turn to do their form.
Jessica and Jacob are doing the palm heel strike.
knife hand strike!
PUNCH!
Now they will do the self-defense.
Jessica is chocking Jacob and getting ready to punch his lights out.
but look Jacob counters and does a knee strike!
Jessica come back with a knee strike of her own.
And a few punches to the gut will help.
As you can see the self-defense is very effective!
Now its ssang jyel bong time!
Look out you guys I am swinging these things all over!
I'm gonna knock you out!
Jessica did her ssang jyel bong so well the Judge wanted her to show it to the class all over again, BY HERSELF!
Look at her go!
They are kicking butt.
Go Jessica GO! Ssang jyel bong princess!
They did it. Time for the new belts.
WAY TO GO Jacob!
Purple belt is so cool.
Jessica's turn.
Way to go Jessica. Congratulations on the great new purple belt.
Look at all the new colors!
