How I came to be inside SpongeBob.

It is a funny thing; I was pulling an all night computer work station swap out. While I was moving the replacement parts from the storage room to the area where the work was to take place, I passed through the so called main lobby. Not many people actually use the main lobby. While I was opening the door to haul two cart loads of computer parts I notice a HUGE steal case. So big in fact you could fit in there very comfortably for several days and not get cramps or anything. So being the silly sneak that I am I looked at the label on the box. It said in permanent marker SPONGBOB COST HBO PROMO. Huummmm I said to my self I wonder what surprises HBO was handing out this week to all the sales reps. so after looking around and finding only the security camera was looking at me I snuck a peek. Inside I saw to HUGE black foamy rubber shoes, very yellow stretchy football pants and a HUGE blue back with a strange lump pointing up in the middle. My eyes got big in excitement with a quick intake of breath I spotted yet another label on the inside. It read: CONTENTS, SpongeBob costume, Leggings and pair of shoes.

Closed the lid with glee, called my wife and begged her to bring the kids to see 'me' at work. She agreed and the plan was set. She would call me once she was about 10 minutes out from work and I would run and change, meet the kids as SpongeBob.

What a blast!

After a few pictures and running around doing the best SpongeBob laugh I could I quickly return the costume to its place with only security I am sure laugh harder then I was.

*sigh* truth be known I find SpongeBob rather mind numbing and a less then worthy to be on air cartoon. But it was fun to make the kids happy even if only for a bit as SpongeBob Larger then life square pants.

Sanitizing Hollywood, one DVD at a time

I love Mormons.

While I have never used CleanFlicks or ClearPlay I know would have loved to of seen the Matrix or the Last Samurai. Companies like these may make it posible.

Like hannibal of Arstechnica says "I think that having multiple edited copies of the same movie floating around, where the hack jobs are done by different companies for different audiences, is vastly preferable to having the government take on the task of censorship"

Hollywood could just make clean movies and I would be happy to.

Hula time!

Today we had another Hula performance! It was at one of the Gila River Indian reservation community centers. It was cool to see a few other Native American dances.  Posted by Hello

Later that day we went to a luau and danced some more! This is Jessica standing next to Hallie Gardner. They sure dance well. Posted by Hello
